How many people do I need to book a group package?
Group packages are available for 3 guests or more, depending on the tier selected. For private salon access, we recommend a minimum of 5 guests.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For larger groups or private events, earlier notice is appreciated.
Is a deposit required?
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.
Can we customize the packages?
Absolutely! We offer add-ons like nail art, gel upgrades, champagne service, and more to personalize your experience. Let us know what you have in mind.
What if someone cancels or can't make it?
We ask for final guest count at least 72 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking may be subject to a fee.
Can we bring our own decorations or cake?
Yes! For private bookings, you’re welcome to bring small décor or treats. Just let our team know in advance so we can accommodate you.
Is the champagne service included?
Select packages include complimentary champagne. You must be 21+ with valid ID to enjoy alcoholic beverages.
Can we request a specific scent or vibe?
Of course — we offer a signature scent ritual bar and can help set the tone for your gathering with music, lighting, and more.
